We are seeking a dependable and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to lead a 3-year-old classroom. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and can create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a classroom of 3-year-old children.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom.
- Communicate professionally with families and center staff.
- Follow all center policies, licensing, and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- CDA, TCC, Associate's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Previous childcare or early childhood education experience preferred.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Must successfully complete all required background checks.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
