Rellim KidKare Konnect is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and professional Sales & Outreach Representative to help grow our network of childcare centers throughout Georgia.
This is a hands-on outreach position for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and introducing businesses to services that can help solve their staffing needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Visit and meet with childcare centers throughout assigned areas.
- Introduce childcare owners and directors to Rellim KidKare Konnect and explain how our platform works.
- Educate centers about our staffing, recruitment, and substitute-teacher solutions.
- Build relationships with childcare owners, directors, and decision-makers.
- Follow up with interested centers by phone, email, and in person.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and answer questions from prospective centers.
- Help interested childcare centers sign up and get started on the platform.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, follow-ups, and new center sign-ups.
- Represent Rellim KidKare Konnect professionally in the community.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales, business development, community outreach, or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in childcare, early childhood education, staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable approaching businesses and speaking with owners and directors.
- Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and professional.
- Comfortable following up consistently with prospective clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for visiting childcare centers.
- Ability to travel locally within assigned areas.
